Home Franchise Concepts Relocates HQ to Irvine

The firm has moved from a 22,000-square-foot office space located in Orange, Calif. to McArthur Plaza occupying a total of 38,094 square feet.

Home Franchise Concepts (HFC) has relocated its headquarters to a 38,094-square-foot, office space in Irvine, Calif. Savills Studley represented the tenant and Cushman & Wakefield worked on behalf of the landlord, C.M. Stratplan, in the leasing transaction. 

At 19000 McArthur Blvd., the office building is positioned across from John Wayne Airport, approximately 3 miles from downtown Irvine. The property also provides access to Interstate 405 and freeways 55 and 73. HFC relocated from a 22,000-square-foot office space situated in Orange, Calif.

According to Yardi Matrix data, the firm has occupied a two-level office space in McArthur Plaza, a nine-story building totaling more than 154,000 square feet. The asset has 3 suites available for lease, averaging approximately 26,700 square feet. Characteristics of the property include controlled access and multi-level, covered parking spaces. HFC’s space also features products showrooms, franchisee training facilities and demo and installation labs. Additionally, as an anchor tenant, the firm will have its signage displayed at the top of the building.
