A new community is taking shape at the foothills of the Texas Hill Country, along IH-10 in north Bexar County. One of the country’s largest homebuilders, KB Home, announced the construction of a neighborhood that will become home to 253 families.
The single-family community Mirabel is conveniently situated at 26009 Los Mirasoles, nearby restaurants and shopping centers like The Rim and The Shops at La Cantera; outdoor entertainment and family-friendly destinations sit just minutes away, including Friedrich Wilderness, Raymond Russell Parks, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and Topgolf San Antonio. Major employers like Valero, USAA, University of Texas at San Antonio, and NuStar Energy are a short commute away.
Mirabel’s developers have prepared home buyers a palette of 16 floor plans with customizable features, such as covered patios and lofts. They range in size from 1,792 square feet to 3,699 square feet, with prices starting from $245,995 and going up to $301,995. Community amenities, which are scheduled to be completed this fall, will include access to a park featuring a junior Olympic swimming pool, a picnic pavilion, a children’s playground, and walking trails.
