Cocoa Beach, Fla.Homewood Suites by Hilton has recently opened its newest property, Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral-Cocoa Beach. The all-suite hotel is owned and developed by Sunbelt Hospitality.

“Cocoa Beach has consistently drawn tourists, with both the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral Cruise terminal in the area,” Adrian Kurre, global head of Homewood Suites, said in prepared remarks. “Opening a Homewood Suites property in this location is key to meeting tourism demands and offering visitors a trusted, value-driven option for short-term or extended stays.”

The 153-key, six-story hotel offers a combination of studio- and one-bedroom accommodations, featuring fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Complimentary services include daily full-hot breakfast, an evening social Monday through Thursday, Wi-Fi and a grocery shopping service. Further amenities include an outdoor pool, a business center and a 24-hour fitness center.

Homewood Suites Cape Canaveral-Cocoa Beach, located at 9000 Astronaut Blvd., nine miles from I-95, offers guests convenient access to popular local attractions such as the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Port Canaveral shops and restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Recent Hilton openings include the 117-key Homewood Suites Jacksonville Deerwood Park and the 244-key dual branded Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton Richmond – Downtown.
