Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. has signed new and renewal leases totaling more than 67,000 square feet at two properties in San Francisco: the Rincon Center and 222 Kearny St.

Cultural exchange and educational program firm Intrax signed a new long-term 23,683-square-foot lease at One Rincon Center, a five-story building at the 580,000-square-foot office and retail complex in the southern part of the city’s Financial District. Meanwhile, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants renewed and expanded its previous lease for a combined 24,164 square feet at 222 Kearny. The 148,797-square-foot building is in the city’s northern Financial District.

In addition, Hudson Pacific signed five other new and renewal leases at Rincon Center and 222 Kearny for more than 19,000 square feet.

According to Hudson Pacific chairman and CEO Victor Coleman, the leasing activity is a demonstration of the firm’s ability to attract and retain major tenants at attractive properties. The firm focuses on office properties and media and entertainment properties in Northern and Southern California.
