Full-service agency Industrial Strength Marketing (ISM) announced the relocation of its national headquarters to the historic Werthan urban-industrial development in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood.

Hot on the heels of being named one of Inc. magazine’s 2015 Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America, the company has signed a seven-year lease co-anchoring the 150-year-old industrial warehouse once used by Werthan Packaging, a move that triples ISM’s footprint at its current facility in Brentwood.

The agency will be relocating from 8115 Isabella Lane, Suite 4, Brentwood. Besides its main office in Nashville, ISM has branches in both Dallas and San Francisco, and does business throughout the U.S.

“We’re unapologetically industrial at heart, so we couldn’t be more excited to find a home so fitting to our brand,” Kevin Brown, managing partner at Industrial Strength Marketing, said in prepared remarks. “The creative, collaborative, and community-focused energy of Germantown will give our team a unique platform to do big things. We’re all giddy.”

Initial plans for ISM’s new headquarters include a mezzanine, nap room, maker room, arcade, and café. Construction is set to begin in October.

The leading marketing and technology solutions provider is part of a growing number of Nashville-based technology companies named to this year’s Inc. 5000 list, which is ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a four-year period. The annual ranking, which reached its 34th issue this year, has previously included companies such as Microsoft, Timberland, Intuit, Oracle, and
