Industrious Expands to Nashville’s LEED Neighborhood

Industrious will lease approximately 18,000 square feet in the eight-story office building located at 1033 Demonbreun St. The company offers social offices for freelancers, growing start-ups and small businesses of up to 10 people, without having a long-term lease policy. Other promised amenities include concierge service, conference rooms, mail services, high-internet speed, coffee bar and lounge, collaboration space, relaxation rooms and evening lectures and events.
The company’s location in Nashville’s LEED neighborhood The Gulch positions Industrious in a dynamic urban neighborhood located on the edge of the city’s central business district. With Industrious making Gulch Crossing their home, the 205,000-square-foot class A office facility is now 86 percent leased.
Industrious has offices in Chicago, Atlanta, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Brooklyn and Columbus, and plans to open new locations in Raleigh, Denver, Detroit, Minneapolis and Austin.
