Hospitality giant Hyatt has opened a brand new location in the City of Gold.
The Chicago-based company has marked the debut of Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square, the second Hyatt Place in the Middle East and the sixth Hyatt-branded property in Dubai. The city also houses the Hyatt Place Dubai/Al Rigga in the heart of Deira, Dubai’s historic district, on the eastern side of Dubai Creek.
“The expansion of the Hyatt Place brand in Dubai demonstrates our commitment to providing visitors to the city with a comfortable and convenient accommodation option, which is in line with the increasing demand for mid-range tourism in the years leading up to Expo 2020,” said Hesham Al Qassim, CEO of wasl Asset Management Group in a prepared statement.
Located at 15 Al Suq Al Kabeer St. in the city’s historic Nasser Square district, the 126-key Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square features an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour gym, multiple dining options and a 24/7 Gallery Market. The hotel offers easy access to the Dubai International Airport, the Dubai Museum, Dubai Creek, and is adjacent to the Dubai Metro and bus stops.
The new Hyatt Place will operate under the leadership of General Manager Vishal Mehra and Director of Sales Pranav Vohra.
“With comprehensive business facilities and modern interiors, the stylish and convenient Hyatt Place Dubai/Baniyas Square seems to accommodate the needs of both leisure and business travelers to Dubai,” added Hesham Al Qassim.
