Trump to Build Trump International Hotel & Tower in Baku, Azerbaijan

Trump Hotel Collection is set to develop Trump International Hotel & Tower in Baku, Azerbaijan. The 33-story luxury hotel will be located on Hasan Aliyev St. in the Nasimi District of Baku, according to a news release, in close proximity to the Zaha Hadid-designed Heydar Aliyev Center, and is slated for completion in June 2015. Baku-based developer and owner Garant Holding is partnering with Trump on the high-profile project.

The upscale hotel will feature 189 hotel rooms and 72 ultra-luxury residential units ranging from 904 to 9,579 square feet. Trump Hotel Baku will also offer 30,139 square feet of meeting and event space, a 15,000-square-foot luxury spa, 4,300-square-foot fitness center, indoor swimming pool, world-class restaurants, luxury retailers, business center, 24-hour concierge, and expansive gardens. Additionally, Trump Hotel & Tower Baku will feature 5,382 square feet of ballroom and function areas in the garden court, a twisting steel spiral staircase connecting the first three levels, and a luxurious residential lobby.
