- May 05, 2017
Jackson Healthcare, a leading healthcare staffing company, broke ground on a $100 million expansion for its corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, Ga. Upon completion, the asset will accommodate 1,400 new associates and feature state-of-the-art amenities. The company’s project will expand the property at 2655 Northwinds Parkway into an Italian Renaissance campus.
“Jackson Healthcare is a powerhouse job creator for our region. This project is going to continue to make North Fulton a destination to live and work,” Brandon Beach, president & CEO of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, said in prepared remarks.
The expansion will add 306,000 square feet, including a 267,000-square-foot, eight-story office building and a 39,000-square-foot amenity building. The latter will feature a fitness center, indoor pool and full-service restaurant for associates. The new Colosseum amenities building will also offer a hair salon, dry cleaner, spray-tanning studio, chiropractor, massage, and a barber shop. When finished in December 2018, the campus will total 550,000 square feet including the existing 180,000-square-foot building and another newly purchased property. The Jackson Healthcare development is the largest corporate headquarters expansion planned in Fulton County.
