JLL Expands Phoenix Team

Phoenix— JLL Capital Markets has announced the appointment of Dan Postal as senior vice president. Postal will partner with Senior Vice President Brian Ackerman to focus on investment sales, sale leasebacks and owner/user acquisitions and dispositions.

“Dan adds a tremendous entrepreneurial mindset to our team, along with experience delivering for a diverse mix of local and national clients. This addition will strengthen our already solid investment sales platform and enable us to provide even more robust services to our clients,” Managing Director Dennis Desmond, said in prepared remarks.

“Dan will be a very valuable asset as we look to stay ahead of market dynamics in Phoenix. I am looking forward to growing this platform to take advantage of the strong demand in the market,” Ackerman added in a prepared statement.

Postal has more than 20 years of experience under his belt, having provided site selection services including fiscal impact studies and location services in the southwest. He has been recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal “Forty Under 40”, Arizona Republic’s “35 Entrepreneurs 35 and Younger” and was AZRE’s Big Deal of the year winner in 2012.

Prior to being appointed at JLL, he was a partner of Wentworth Webb & Postal, a consulting company specializing in commercial real estate services including financial site selection analysis, location incentives, property taxes, speculative builder taxes and state & local taxes. Before that, he served as founder & COO at ITG, a venture backed software company.
