JLL Nails Down 100,000-SF Industrial Lease in Southern California’s Inland Valley

According to JLL executive vice president Sam Foster, landlord EastGroup Properties showed an impressive ability to adapt to current conditions, making it possible to secure a deal with REPET that provided improvements at a favorable rate.

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a lease with REPET Inc. for 100,000 square feet of industrial space in Chino, California.

The property, which is located at 14207 Monte Vista Avenue near the 10, 60 and 57 freeways, features extra trailer storage, rail access and a direct connection to the Santa Ana Regional Interceptor line. According to JLL executive vice president Sam Foster, landlord EastGroup Properties showed an impressive ability to adapt to current conditions, making it possible to secure a deal with REPET that provided improvements at a favorable rate.

Foster, along with fellow executive vice president Mike Fowler and associate Chris Brandt and IDS Real Estate Group, represented EastGroup in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Tony Phu of Colliers International.

IDS manages the property.
