JLL to Lease Office Tower in Telecom Corridor

Cawley Partners has selected JLL to be its strategic leasing partner for a 413,500-square-foot office asset located in the Telecom Corridor. Senior Vice President Chris Doggett and Vice President Ruth Griggs will oversee marketing and leasing operations for the Class A building.

Located at 2221 Lakeside Blvd. in Richardson, Texas, the 16-story tower is part of a larger office campus totaling 812,510 square feet. It also comprises a four-story building at 2201 Lakeside Blvd. The asset managed by JLL currently has 260,000 square feet available.

Fit for large corporate users

The neighborhood is highly-amenitized, with multiple restaurants, retailers and hotels close to Lakeside Campus. A DART light rail station and Route 75 are also nearby, offering transit connections to other areas in the Dallas metro. The Telecom Corridor is home to several large companies including AT&T, Verizon, Samsung, Texas Instruments.
