Junction Properties Hires Chesapeake Real Estate Group to Lease a Four-Property Portfolio

Junction Properties, LLC has recently selected Baltimore-based Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC to act as the exclusive broker for the leasing of a portfolio of properties in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. The portfolio consists of four buildings, with over 250,000 square feet of space. It offers a mix of bulk distribution, flex and office-warehouse product.

The portfolio consists of four buildings, with over 250,000 square feet of space. It offers a mix of bulk distribution, flex and office-warehouse product.

Three of the properties are located in the Annapolis Junction area of Anne Arundel County. 9015 Junction Drive, 9086 Junction Drive, and 9090 Junction Drive are all part of the Junction Business Park. Together, they offer about 167,000 square feet of space. The fourth building is located in Jessup, at  10640 Iron Bridge Road. It offers 86,000 square feet of space and is part of the Corridor North Industrial Park.

Scott Skogmo, SIOR, senior director of Chesapeake Real Estate Group, will oversee all marketing and leasing activities for the four properties. In a news release, he said that the portfolio is currently fully leased, but two spaces, totaling about 42,000 square feet of space, in the bulk distribution facility at 9015 Junction Drive, will become available later this year. The Baltimore-based commercial real estate company has already initiated marketing and leasing activities for the two spaces.
