Kalikow Closes Sale for 70 Acres in Alamo City

The Kalikow Group announced the closing of a commercial development parcel and final component of Luckey Ranch.

San Antonio—The Kalikow Group, on behalf of KEP Luckey Ranch Global Associates, announced the closing sale of the final component for the 610-acre master planned project dubbed Luckey Ranch, a 70-acre lot zoned for commercial. The buyer and the financial details remain undisclosed.

The Luckey Ranch site totals 610 acres divided into 540 acres zoned for residential development, and 70 acres with frontage on Highway 90, zoned for commercial use. The Kalikow Group handled the sale of all residential development acreage in the last three years and hundreds of the 2,400 planned homes have already been constructed. The property is located at Loop 1604N and Highway 90, just 18 minutes by car to downtown, in the thriving “Donut Hole” area of San Antonio.
