KBS Inks, Renews Tenants at WA Industrial Park

Totaling 84,547 square feet, the firm closed three leases at The Park at Woodinville, located 20 miles from Seattle and 15 miles from Bellevue.

KBS Realty Advisors has closed three leases totaling 84,547 square feet at The Park in Woodinville, located at 14103 NE 200th St. in Woodinville, Wash.

Fluid power distribution company STS Operating Inc. signed an 11,295-square-foot lease, while provider of pressure valves to the oil industry SkoFlo Industries renewed its 37,451-square-foot lease at the asset. Strasser Woodenworks Inc., a bathroom vanities, furniture and accessories store, also renewed its lease and expanded it by 5,708 square feet.

Park Details 

The property comprises five buildings totaling 239,607 square feet of Class A warehouse and light manufacturing space. KBS acquired the property in 2014 and made upgrades to the landscaping, added covered picnic table areas and benches throughout the park and put up new signage.

One of the largest industrial parks in Woodinville, the property is located 20 miles from Seattle and 15 miles from Bellevue. Tenants have easy access to State Route 522 and Interstate 405, as well as shopping, dining, farmers markets and seasonal music festivals in downtown Woodinville.

Last August, KBS Realty Advisors sold 625 Mt. Auburn, a 137,421-square-foot office property in Cambridge, Mass., to The Davis Cos.
