Austin, Texas—Newport Beach, Calif.-based KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT has recently closed three leases adding up to roughly 34,500 square feet at Great Hills Plaza in Austin.

The new tenants are Guaranty Insurance Services with a 8,140-square-foot lease, represented by Mike Quint of Jackson Cooksey, and One Affiniti, a digital marketing company with 3,729 square feet, represented by Thomas Mathency of Colliers International. E2open, a supply chain operating network, renewed the lease and expanded its territory to a total of 22,637 square feet. Nate Stricken from CBRE arranged the deal on behalf of E2open.

Great Hills Plaza, a 3-story, Class A office building situated off Route 183, provides tenants with convenient access in and out of downtown Austin. Renovated in 2014, the property is located at 9600 Great Hills Trail, right across the street from Arboretum, one of the city’s major destination retail centers.
