Kimmerle Group Boosts Multigenerational Leadership

Robert Kimmerle has rejoined Kimmerle Group as chief financial officer. He is the son of George Kimmerle, founder & president of the company. As CFO, Kimmerle will concentrate on financial and consultative support for all real estate development efforts, including modeling/pro formas and financial sourcing. He will also take leadership on other administrative areas within the firm, working closely with his father and Managing Director Patrick Luzzi to support business development and real estate assignments for the firm’s corporate and health clients.
“As we continue our expansion plans in the New York metro area and in the U.S., we will maintain our focus on philanthropy and pursuit of project work in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, higher education and health care,” said Robert Kimmerle, in prepared remarks.
Kimmerle was previously financial controller of Automated Data Processing’s U.S. corporate payroll services for more than a decade, concentrating on corporate real estate and facilities management. He also oversaw select international operations for the company. In the role, Kimmerle developed and presented business cases for a series of strategic real estate portfolio decisions, both domestically and abroad. He also launched a centralized corporate facilities management function and transitioned financial management services to a third-party provider model.
Other accomplishments include the successful site selection and location launch processes for ADP’s Romanian subsidiary. He also opened several new U.S. locations.
The Kimmerle Group won the CPE Distinguished Achievement Award for Best Design in 2016.
