KW Property Management Tapped for Brickell City Centre Reach and Rise Condo Towers’ Management

Swire Properties selected KW Property Management for management and accounting services for Brickell City Centre’s Reach and Rise condo towers.

MiamiKW Property Management has been selected by Swire Properties to handle property management and accounting services for the Reach and Rise condominium residences located within the $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre mixed-use development in Downtown Miami.

“We selected KW Property Management because of their outstanding customer service reputation and their well-known expertise delivering high-end, concierge-level services to residents,” said Jorge Barbontin, operations general manager of Brickell City Centre.

“It is a privilege to have been chosen by the prestigious Swire Properties to manage the Reach and Rise condominiums – the newest addition to downtown Miami’s skyline,” said Paul Kaplan, managing director of KW Property Management.

Two identical 43-story properties, 564,000-square-foot each, comprised of 390 units in a variety of one- to five-bedroom condos, the Reach and Rise towers are located along S.W. 8th Street and Brickell Avenue. Each condominium building features a wellness center, business center, library, heated pool and spa. Designed by Arquitectonica, with interior designs courtesy of Richardson Sadeki, the condominium towers are an extension of Brickell City Centre’s revolutionary lifestyle concept, and are expected to set a new standard for the city’s luxury living. The properties are scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.

Developed by Swire Properties, situated in the Brickell financial district, Brickell City Centre is Swire’s second mixed-use development in Miami and the largest single project in the city to date.
