Located at 1255 Corporate Center Drive, the four-story office building is part of the LA Corporate Center, a four-building campus that offers a total of roughly 394,000 square feet of office space. The Fire Department is expanding from its current 3,000-square-foot presence to about 37,000 square feet, nearly half of the available 79,000 rentable square feet that the building offers. This deal brings the asset’s occupancy rate to 95 percent. The facility offers tenants free parking facilities and features landscaped grounds.

The Charles Dunn Co. team that worked on the leasing agreement consisted of Linda Lee, Scott Unger and Bill Boyd from the company’s Tri-Cities office.
