If you’re talking to a SIOR broker, then you are talking to a credible, successful and ethical broker that has been verified,” said Rob Martenson, president of SIOR’s Arizona chapter, in a prepared statement.

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors states that in order to obtain the recognition, applicants must provide proof of gross deal production, have at least five years of experience, obtain two recommendations from SIOR members outside of their company, take a number of classes and pass an exam.
