H&M is opening a fourth location in Greater Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that the fashion retailer will open a 30,000-square-foot store next spring at Liberty Center, the mixed-use development under construction in Butler County. The new location will feature “store within a store” sections where shoppers will be able to find accessories, plus-size clothing or sport apparel.

Stockholm-based H&M has 363 stores and about 15,000 employees in the United States. The fashion retailer is expanding rapidly in Ohio, where it currently has 13 locations. Elsewhere in the state, H&M plans to open a store this fall at Eastgate Mall in Union Township.

H&M is the latest addition to the retail lineup at Liberty Center, a $350 million project led by Columbus-based Steiner + Associates and Bucksbaum Retail Properties. Its 1.2 million-square-foot first phase is scheduled to open Oct. 8. Liberty Center will include more than 800,000 square feet of retail space, 75,000 square feet of office space, 240 apartments and a 130-room AC Marriott Hotel, all near the newly constructed $55 million interchange at I-75 and SR 129.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, most of the project’s retail portion is already leased. Tenants include Dillard’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and CineBistro, an upscale cinema operated by Cobb Theatres. The restaurant lineup will feature the Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill and FlipSide.
