Atlanta—Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has been awarded the property management assignment for The Forum at West Paces, a Class A office building located in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket.

Located at 3290 Northside Parkway, the nine-story 220,000-square-foot property was built in 2001 and has a history of being home to wealth managers, corporations, medical companies, financial institutions and attorneys. The asset offers tenants proximity to the I-75 and some of Atlanta’s most sought-after executive neighborhoods. The Forum is part of Piazza at Paces, a master-planned development with European influences, which includes luxury condominiums and apartments, boutique retail, dining destinations, private balconies on each floors, onsite fitness center, 24/7 security and covered parking.

“This is a premier property because it is strategically positioned within an elite development at the center of several exclusive neighborhoods that are home to CEOs and business owners, as well as the region’s most exclusive public schools,” Shane Froman, vice president of Management Services at Lincoln, said in prepared remarks.

The building with stucco and granite exterior and bronze-tinted windows is currently 96 percent occupied. Efforts to secure the management agreement were led by Froman.
