SPOTLIGHT ON DALLAS: Lincoln Property Co. to Manage Parkwood Point Office Building

Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has won the exclusive leasing and management assignment for a nine-story office building owned by AEW Capital Management.

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has won the exclusive leasing and management assignment for Parkwood Point. The nine-story office building at 2018 Powers Ferry Road is owned by AEW Capital Management.

Based in Dallas, Lincoln Property Company is a full-service commercial real estate firm operating with more than 6,800 employees in 32 U.S. states and 10 European countries. Since its inception in 1965, the company has developed over 128 million square feet of commercial projects and currently manages more than 350 million square feet of various types of assets. Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze—both vice presidents of office leasing for Lincoln—will oversee the leasing of the property.

Parkwood Point is easily accessible through Interstates 75 and 285. The Class A, 219,000-square-foot office building is located directly across from the Wildwood Development and the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area in northwest metro Atlanta. Currently 93 percent leased, it features a selection of amenities including on-site security, a complimentary fitness facility, an on-site car wash and a signature lobby with high ceilings, granite floors and polished marble walls. The building also offers tenants a structured parking deck with 4.5 spaces for every 1,000 square feet of office space and several electric vehicle charging stations.
