Lincoln Property Co. has finished the exterior renovation of Katella Office Campus in Los Alamitos, Calif. The developer started the renovation in January 2018, with the help of a $21.2 million construction loan from Pacific Western Bank, according to Yardi Matrix data. CDG Builders was the general contractor of the project, while Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services.

Located at 3131 Katella Ave. in Orange County, Katella Office Campus has easy access to interstates 605 and 405. The property is also close to the Long Beach Airport and John Wayne Airport. With the two newly renovated buildings totaling 150,000 square feet, the 9.6-acre property is ready to welcome tenants.

The new exterior architecture of the front entries now features aluminum composite metal panels and glazing. Furthermore, the area’s concrete paving was upgraded and drought-tolerant landscaping was added. Site upgrades to the shared break patios behind the buildings include new paving, landscaping and added seating.

“This transformation has made Katella Office Campus a more inviting and functional space for the people who work there, while also making it easier for tenants to recruit and retain top talent in Southern California,” Tom Myers, regional vice president with Ware Malcomb’s Irvine office, said in prepared remarks.
