Lincoln Tapped to Sell Atlanta Industrial/Office Building

The company will oversee the sale of a 55,986-square-foot building that comprises a 44,389-square-foot warehouse.

Atlanta—Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. Southeast (Lincoln), one of the nation’s largest diversified commercial real estate companies, has been awarded the closing of a 55,986-square-foot office/industrial building in Norcross, Ga. Chipp Sipple, senior analyst and Jeff Henson, vice president with Lincoln Office Leasing Group, are overseeing the sale of the property listed at $4.47 million. The 4.75-acre asset offers ample surface parking, landscaped environment and has convenient access to I-85 and I-285.

Located at 4261 Communications Drive, the property comprises 11,597 square feet of office/showroom space with an open/functional floorplan. In addition, the building offers a combination of office space and open work areas, as well as a 44,389-square-foot warehouse with 24-foot clear heights and drive-in, dock-high loading availability.

“This property is located in the highly sought-after I-85 Northeast submarket, Atlanta’s largest industrial market, and offers top-of-the line features, making it a perfect location for a corporate headquarters. With all of the property’s prime offerings and serene business park setting, we believe it will generate significant interest from potential buyers,” Chip Sipple said in prepared remarks.

Lincoln has also been recently tapped to sell another industrial building in Stockbridge, Ga.
