Luxon Joins TRECAP as Chief Investment Officer

Luxon brings more than a decade of experience with him.

Bringing more than a decade of experience with him, Ryan Luxon has come to work for TRECAP Partners, where he will assist in the development and execution of investment strategies for all sectors. That work includes raising capital and secure financing along with due diligence.

Luxon’s experience includes banking, financial consulting and real estate consulting with a focus on property acquisitions and dispositions, strategic planning, financial structuring and negotiations. He has served as an executive vice president of Hunt Development Group since January 2008 and will continue to serve on several of the company’s board-level committees.

According to TRECAP chief executive officer Douglas Tibbets, Luxon’s hiring will help the company build a leading real estate investment firm. Tibbets added that he believes Luxon to be a great strategist who will help the firm’s growth.

Luxon previously served as a senior vice president and western regional manager for MMA Financial L.L.C., as well as senior vice president for MuniMae Midland L.L.C. He earned a law degree from Texas Tech University and his undergraduate degree from the University of the South.

TRECAP, an affiliate of Hunt Companies Inc., has $4.3 billion in assets under management and supervision in the United States and Europe.
