The renovation will add roughly 315,000 square feet to the 64-year-old property. Currently anchored by names such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s, the property’s revamped roster will also include major retailers such as: Arhaus, Athleta, Bath & Body Works, Cocola Bakery, ECCO, Gap, H&M, J. Crew, L’Occitane, Pandora, Soma, Starbucks, Tesla, True Religion Brand Jeans, Victoria’s Secret and Zara.

Macy’s is also growing, adding 57,000 square feet. Its newly expanded 247,000-square-foot store is schedule to debut next month.

Macerich is replacing 80,000 square feet of retail space, as well as two of its parking structures that will be demolished and replaced by a new new four-story facility. Two new retail buildings are set to debut by the end of 2015, with 22 of the new tenants set to open locations in time for the upcoming holiday season.
