Madwire, the tech-enabled marketing software and service company, has signed a 102,000-square-foot office lease at 3405 S. Timberline Road in Fort Collins, Colo. Peter Kast and Pete Kelly with CBRE Fort Collins represented the landlord, 2001 Danfield LLC, in the lease deal that will begin in November 2018.

In 2016, Madwire moved from three sites in Loveland to consolidate in one location in Fort Collins. The tech company currently houses 500 employees at its nearby location of 3420 E. Harmony Road. Madwire will move half of its team to the new building in January 2019, as it expects to grow its operations to 1,200 employees over the next three years.

“We are excited to begin the renovations on the new space. The building is less than three miles from our current location, which will still allow for team collaboration. We are especially excited to be able to grow to 1,200 over the next few years with the addition of this building,” Farra Larimore, Madwire’s public relations director, said in prepared remarks.

The property was formerly a chip manufacturing facility for LSI Logic. In 2001, 2001 Danfield LLC acquired the asset and began construction to convert it to an office space. Current amenities include a cafeteria, access to bike trails, a fitness center and nearby retail.
