Two homeowners associations in Palm Beach Gardens have signed contracts with full service property management company Seacrest Services. Monterey Pointe and Oaks East are the latest addition to the West Palm Beach-based company’s list of clients.

Seacrest provides property management and accounting, maintenance, landscaping and janitorial services, as well as construction. The company’s customer base includes multi-family communities and HOAs but it has contracts for the management of several retail centers and office buildings too. Seacrest Services was founded in 1975, and transformed into a customer service based and family oriented business in 1996.

Monterey Pointe is part of the Eagleton/Championship gated subdivision within the PGA National master planned golf community. The neighborhood with over 150 homes offers its residents several individual swimming pools along with a central pool featuring a cabana and sundeck, plus the access to five award-winning PGA National golf courses. Monterey Pointe marks the second PGA National client for Seacrest Services this year.

Oaks East is located between Rca Blvd. and Burns Rd. less than 5 miles from Monterey Pointe, just east of I-95. The asset features more than 400 single-family homes, more than half of which have lake views. Seacrest Services will be providing management, accounting, janitorial and landscaping services at Oaks East.
