Marcus & Millichap Names New VP in Denver

Neville Rustomjee, who joined the company in 2012, has more than 18 years of architectural experience working on large resorts and hotels.

Following the addition of Ray Allen and Seth Heikkila to its IPA Capital Markets division in Seattle, Marcus & Millichap has promoted Neville Rustomjee to first vice president of investments. He will be based at the company’s Denver office. He began as a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap in 2012.

Previously, Rustomjee served as a director of the company’s National Hospitality Group, representing brokers and seller of hospitality investment properties throughout Colorado and the neighboring states. As a director, he provided real estate investment services with a specialization in hospitality sales including hotels and motels.

Rustomjee brings more than 18 years of architectural experience working on various building types, including large resorts and hotels. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap’s team, he served as a registered architect. Rustomjee holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
