Marcus & Millichap Promotes Glass to VP

Michael Glass, the current regional manager of the Cleveland and Columbus offices, will continue to hold that position. He came to the firm in 2001 from LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO.

Michael Glass has been tapped by Marcus & Millichap to serve as vice president. Glass, the current regional manager of the Cleveland and Columbus offices, will continue to hold that position.

Glass, who joined the firm’s sales intern program in 2001, became an associate in 2005 after closing 16 transations in his first 24 months as an agent. He joined the management team as sales manager of the Chicago office in 2006 and was named regional manager of the Cleveland office in 2007. In 2009, he also became the regional manager of the Columbus office.

Glass came to Marcus & Millichap from LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO as a credit analyst and commercial loan officer with an emphasis on real estate lending. According to president & chief executive officer John Kerin, his management skills, brokerage experience and knowledge of the investment sales market make him an asset to clients.

He earned his undergraduate degree in business administration with a focus on finance from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
