Marcus & Millichap Promotes Strauss

Marc Strauss has been tapped as first vice president of investments. He most recently held the title of vice president of investments and first joined the firm as an associate in February 1997.

Marc Strauss has been tapped by Marcus & Millichap as first vice president of investments. He most recently held the title of vice president investments.

Strauss, who joined the firm as an associate in February 1997, was promoted to senior associate three years later. In 2003, he was named a senior investment associate and vice president investments in 2008. He is the recipient of 16 sales awards from the firm.

A specialist in the sale of retail and office properties, Straus is a 27-year industry veteran. He serves as senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group and is an active member of ICSC.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Strauss has brokered the sale of more than $650 million in 220 transactions in 22 states.
