Marriott Opens Aloft Hotel at Miami Int’l Airport

Miami—Marriott International Inc. announced the opening of an Aloft hotel at Miami International Airport. The brand’s fourth property in the Miami-area, the Aloft is an adaptive re-use project that transformed the former Pan American Bank Building.
Developed by Grass River Property and managed by HEI Hotels and Resorts, the 125-key hotel features SPG keyless entry, 500 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor Splash pool, a Re:charge fitness center, live local music at the W XYZ bar, as well as third-party dining options including a coffee shop and two restaurants.
The property joins the brand’s list of adaptive re-use projects, which also includes Aloft Orlando Downtown, Aloft Tulsa, Aloft Dallas Downtown, Aloft Detroit at the David Whitney and Aloft Tampa Downtown.
