Mayfield Clinic to Bring 4 Offices Under 1 Roof in Norwood

The Mayfield Clinic intends to move four of its ten Cincinnati area offices into a new location at Norwood’s Rookwood Exchange complex. On Monday, February 2, the clinic and Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc., unveiled plans for new clinical and administrative office space in the multi-story building.

Starting this summer, the Mayfield Clinic will consolidate four locations under one roof at Rookwood Exchange in Norwood. The 77-year-old neurological practice detailed plans on Feb. 2 to take 45,000 square feet of clinical and administrative space in the new 230,000-square-foot building, which was developed by Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate Inc.

First, Mayfield will move its corporate offices from their current location at 506 Oak St. That will be followed over the subsequent 12 months by the relocation of clinical facilities from the University of Cincinnati Medical Arts Building, the Christ Medical Office Building and the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion.

All told, about 100 of Mayfield’s 160 employees will relocate to Rookwood Exchange. Mayfield operates clinical facilities at six other locations in the Cincinnati metropolitan area.

The space will include 30 clinical examination rooms and 15 physicians’ offices as well as physical therapy and x-ray facilities.The building is located near Interstate 71. K4 Architecture is serving as architect and project manager, with Design Build Solutions L.L.C. in charge of construction.
