McCall & Almy Arranges 280,000-SF Boston Lease

The space will serve as MFS Investment Management's world headquarters.

As of the first quarter of 2013, there will be a new tenant at 111 Huntington Avenue in Boston’s prestigious Prudential Center. Global money management firm MFS Investment Management has taken 280,000 square feet over ten floors. The space will serve as the company’s world headquarters.

Commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm McCall & Almy represented MFS in lease negotiations with owner Boston Properties. According to MFS chief financial officer Amrit Kanwal, McCall & Almy was effective in understanding the company’s requirements and procuring the right space.

The 3.2 million-square-foot Prudential Center is located on 23 acres in Boston’s Back Bay area. It offers 2.6 million square feet of office space and 620,000 square feet of retail.
