McCormick Construction Debuts Neurobrands’ New Office

Two office suites were combined to enhance meeting spaces and allow the company to continue to grow.

Burbank, Calif.—Beverage manufacturer Neurobrands recently announced that the renovation process of its corporate office in Burbank is complete. Handled by McCormick Construction, the process combined two separate spaces occupied by the energy and health drink manufacturer to enhance and expand the amount of room it has to further its growth.

Located at 2550 N. Hollywood Way in Burbank, the space now totals 14,000 square feet. Contractor McCormick Construction worked from designs provided by DSR Design. Carried out in two phases to increase efficiency, the project involved moving employees from a 12,000-square-foot main suite into the smaller suite that acts as an “executive wing”. As a result, only 35 percent of the available office space was occupied by the renovation process.

McCormick added two new conference rooms with glass walls and large sliding doors, as well as 15 new executive offices, 50 open workspaces and a kitchen/breakroom during the first phase. The second phase involved relocating the employees from the wing into the new spaces, while the rest of the office was renovated. Following completion, all meeting spaces were enlarged, new open-meeting concept areas were introduced, while energy efficiency was greatly improved through new lighting fixtures and the incorporation of more natural light.
