McWHINNEY has acquired 3420 E. Harmony Road, a 179,688-square-foot mixed-use property in Fort Collins, Colo., for $21 million. CBRE worked on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. The three-story commercial building is situated adjacent to the Arapaho Bend Natural Area, providing convenient access to Interstate 25 and the Harmony Road exit. The mixed-use property is close to various dining, shopping and entertainment venues including Target, Sprouts Farmers Market, Harmony Park, Observatory Village Park and Tokyo Joe’s.
