The mixed-use development in Buena Park will feature a retail and entertainment complex, a five-story, 60,000-square-foot Class A office building and a 4-star Hilton Hotel offering 178 guestrooms. The complex will feature a modern and dynamic design, offering the latest in digital media technology in addition to special events and live entertainment to the public.
“Our goal is to create a one-of-a-kind experiential mixed-use property that can be a focal point of redevelopment in Buena Park and throughout Southern California,” Luis Valenzuela, executive vice president for M+D Properties, said in prepared remarks. “The opening of The Source Retail is the first step to providing consumer, businesses and the community a place to shop, work, be entertained and be social.”
JLL‘s Jay Nugent and Naomi Rizkowsky have been retained to handle leasing for The Source office. The space offers easy access from the 5 and 91 freeways as well as accommodating a variety of potential tenants with vacancies of 1,200 to 60,000 square feet.
