Meet Cushman & Wakefield’s Newest Associate in South Florida

Miami, Fla.—Cushman & Wakefield announced that it has added Associate Chase Kulp to its Agency Leasing team in South Florida, Kulp joins the firm from an office leasing associate position at JLL, where he was in charge of landlord and tenant representation services. Previously, he worked for The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and served on the staffs of Congressmen Connie Mack IV and John Mica.
Kulp earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Communications and Political Science from Florida Atlantic University. He sits on the board of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s B.E.S.T. Committee and is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders network as well as the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group. Mr. Kulp also held a seat on Emerge Broward’s Executive Committee.
Led by Executive Directors Deanna Lobinsky and Travis Herring, the Agency Leasing team itself is also a recent addition, transferred from CBRE in November. Kulp also joins Director Katherine Ridgway and Brokerage Coordinator Jessica Lunsford in the team, which has nearly 50 years of shared experience and a combined transaction volume in excess of $2.5 billion.

He has shown incredible initiative, which will be of great benefit to both Cushman & Wakefield and our clients,” Lobinsky said in a prepared statement. “Chase’s commitment to this community is quite evident,” added Herring. “He has invested a tremendous amount of time and effort to better the region and the industry.
