MetWest Terra Hospitality is on a roll in the Bay Area after a flurry of hotel acquisitions. In mid-January, the company picked up the Hotel Abri, a 91-key Downtown San Francisco property that was the company’s third acquisition of a boutique hotel property in 30 days.

Also in the company’s portfolio are the Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa in Sausalito, the Lodge at Tiburon and Toll House Hotel in Los Gatos. Located two blocks away from Union Square, Hotel Abri opened in 1906 as the Monticello. Following an $11.4 million renovation, the property reopened in 2008. MetWest is also managing the property, which includes 28 suites among its 91 guest rooms.
