Montgomery McCracken Expands NYC Team

New York—Full-service law firm Montgomery McCracken has announced the appointment of four attorneys and one law clerk. Having previously served at Mishaan Dayon & Lieblich, Saul Mishaan and Jeffery Dayon will join as partners, with Dayton also serving as chair of the company’s Commercial Leasing and Development Practice Group. Additionally, Matthew Bondy will join as of counsel, Daniel Lavian will join as an associate and Abraham Dayon will serve as a law clerk.
Mishaan holds more than 35 years of real estate experience under his belt, including complex lease transactions. He also has extensive experience with the licensing and transfer of intellectual property on behalf of various licensees and licensors. Jeffery Dayon brings more than 30 years of experience in advertising private lenders, small and large privately held real estate operating companies, as well as commercial leasing, having structured and executed complex real estate transactions. Throughout his career, Dayton has been counseling his clients on investments, partnership and operating agreements, commercial transactions and joint venture agreements, among others.
Bondy has extensive litigation experience, including construction-related litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, real estate brokerage disputes, contract actions and other intellectual property-related issues. Lavian earned his J.D. degree from from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, while Abraham Dayon received his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law.
