Steve Morrows has been promoted to executive vice president and co-director of leasing at RFR Realty. Previously a senior vice president and leasing director for the 375 Park Avenue office tower in New York, he also served on the leasing teams for New York properties 390 Park Avenue, 757 Third Avenue and 17 State Street.

Morrows will stay active in the daily activities of all those buildings while expanding his managerial duties throughout the company’s portfolio. He will share responsibility for overseeing RFR’s six million-square-foot commercial leasing portfolio with fellow executive vice president and co-director of leasing Richard Farley.

RFR principal Aby Rosen said Morrows, who has been with the company since 2002, has demonstrated a talent for profitably leasing trophy office space while keeping vacancy rates low.

The company is the management and leasing arm of RFR Holding L.L.C., a privately held full-service Manhattan-based owner and developer.
