New Boston Fund Acquires Trio of N.C. Buildings

The properties -- one Harris Corners, Two Harris Corners and Three Harris Corners -- total 361,144 square feet.

Private real estate investment, development and management firm New Boston Fund Inc. has purchased three Class A, multi-tenant office buildings in Charlotte, N.C. The buildings are located at the 75-acre Harris Corners Corporate Park and total 361,144 square feet.

Completed in 2000, One Harris Corners is four stories tall and totals 97,628 square feet, while Two Harris Corners and Three Harris Corners were built in 2001 and 2006, respectively. They are both five stories tall and total a respective 130,187 and 133,329 square feet.

The tenant roster includes a mix of local, national and international credit tenants including The Polymer Group, Diagnostic Devices, Carrier Corp., Nestle Inc. and Bank of America.

The properties were purchased from entities affiliated with Beacon Partners.
