Nashville-based Vastland Companies has luxury plans for a 3.8-acre site on Old Hickory Blvd. The developer broke ground on a $38 million project dubbed Avalon at Seven Springs.
The lot sits on the Davidson County side of Brentwood, near the Seven Springs shopping center. The four-story building will offer 144 units divided into 72 one-bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units ranging in size from 675 square feet to 1,265 square feet. Rents will start at $1,000 and go up to $2,000 per month.
Amenities of the new community will include a swimming pool, lush landscaping, parking, clubhouse, fitness center, a multi-purpose room for Zumba and yoga classes, a conference room, and a full kitchen for catering events.
“We think the greatest amenity we have to offer at this location is its convenience to the rest of the Seven Springs community. It will be within easy walking distance of the new LifePoint Hospitals headquarters, the planned new AIG headquarters and tens of thousands of feet of other offices, restaurants and retail in the development,” said Mack McClung, Vastland managing partner.
U.S. Bank provided financing for the development, while Georgia-based SGN+A Inc. designed it. Evergreen Real Estate will handle the leasing service for the project targeted for completion in August 2016.
