Rubicon Point Partners’ co-working brand Un[CO]mmon has opened its latest co-working space in the San Francisco area. The company will operate the 10,000-square-foot flexible work area on the third floor of a Rubicon-owned asset in downtown Oakland.

Located at 1750 Broadway, the property sits half a mile from Interstate 980 and is one block from the 19th Street BART station, enabling convenient access throughout Oakland, the East Bay area and San Francisco. The newly opened space can fit a team of up to 120 people and offers its co-working tenants a number of amenities including:

  • three conference rooms
  • open kitchen
  • showers
  • complimentary Wi-Fi
  • sit stand desks
  • social meeting areas

“This latest evolution in our portfolio is perfect for companies looking for the flexibility of coworking with the customization and control that traditionally requires a long-term lease,” said Razmig Boladian, managing partner at Rubicon, in a prepared statement. “Our view is that the Un[CO]mmon service will not only benefit our existing and future portfolio, but also those of other landlords. This new offering is really an extension of Rubicon’s knack for identifying overlooked, underutilized commercial opportunities and transforming them into efficient, enjoyable environments.”
