NKF Appoints New Executive Managing Director in NJ

After hiring a new managing director in Phoenix, Newmark Knight Frank has selected Bradford Fenlon as its newest executive managing director. In his new role, he will focus on office tenant representation in New Jersey and the Tri-State area.
“Brad is highly accomplished and well-known as a prolific business developer in this competitive market,” NKF Vice Chairman David Simson said in a prepared statement.
Throughout his career, Fenlon contributed to the transaction of 13 million square feet of office and industrial space worth in excess of $1 billion. His client portfolio included various Fortune 500 companies, such as CIGNA, Billtrust, Intel and Sprint.
Prior to joining the firm, Fenlon served as executive managing director at Colliers International. From 2005 to 2013, he worked at CBRE as senior vice president and between 1996 and 2005, as managing director at the now-defunct Insignia Financial Group. The newly appointed executive holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in business and managerial economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
