NKF Brings New Senior Managing Director on Board
- Mar 08, 2018
After hiring Craig Robinson as CEO of its Global Corporate Services program last year, Newmark Knight Frank has welcomed Jim Brown as senior managing director. In his new position, Brown will focus on client relationship, account management, as well as defining product and commercial offerings. He will be based in NKF’s Phoenix office.
“Throughout my career, relationship-building has been a significant focus,” said Brown in a prepared statement. “I am looking forward to using this experience to grow NKF’s client base and work towards strategically enhancing the global platform.”
Brown has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and corporate real estate services, having previously held a similar position as head of projects with Savills Studley. Almost half of his career was spent at Trammell Crow Co., one of his most notable achievements being that of supervising the merger of the project management operations following the company’s acquisition by CBRE.
Throughout his career, Brown has been responsible for overseeing accounts and organizations that have managed more than $10 billion in project value. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Penn State.
