North American Properties Welcomes New COO in Atlanta Office

North American Properties office has hired 20-year industry veteran Vicky Boyce as the new COO of its Atlanta office. Boyce will oversee the financial performance of the company’s $5 billion development pipeline in the Atlanta metro area.

The portfolio includes large experiential communities such as Avalon, Colony Square, High Street, Revel and Riverton. One of the projects, Colony Square, received a $278 million loan last year to meet its 2020 completion date.

Boyce returned to NAP after 11 years. Between 2001 and 2008, she served as vice president of finance within the company. In between her appointments with NAP, Boyce also worked for Arris Realty Partners where she was responsible for financial management, including accounting, analysis and forecasting. Her other appointments were with New Market Development, S.J. Collins Enterprises and Weingarten Realty Investors.

Over the course of her career, Boyce oversaw the financing and development of more than five million square feet of retail properties as well as the transaction of more than 10 million square feet of retail space.
