One Stop Shop in Bon Air Reaches Full Occupancy

RMC Property Group has successfully leased the retail mall at 201 S Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa to 100 percent occupancy.

The retail mall at 201 South Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa is now fully leased. Local commercial real estate development and management company RMC Property Group marketed the 18,276-square-foot property to the new tenant, CycleBar.

The Cincinnati-based luxury boutique fitness concept joined two existing, national anchors, Thomasville Furniture and Pei Wei Asian Diner and leased the last available 2,680 square feet of space at the property. Leasing Executive Luli Cannon of RMC exclusively handled the leasing. RMC is also in charge of leasing at the nearby Barnes & Noble- and Office Depot-anchored retail center, located next to the Tampa Commons office building.

The property has garnered considerable interest among potential tenants, according to RMC Property Group, due to its favorable location in one of Tampa’s strongest retail submarkets, close to the Tampa International Airport. The Dale Mabry Highway stretch of U.S. Route 92 runs across a densely populated residential region on the Interbay Peninsula. The highway allows for easy accessibility from the St. Petersburg-Clearwater area as well as Downtown and the rest of Tampa’s core via Florida State Road 60.
