Onyx Completes Facelift of New York Office Asset

New York—Onyx Equities, a private real estate investment, management and development company, has announced the completion of major renovations at 1311 Mamaroneck Ave., in White Plains, N.Y. The 326,000-square-foot, Class A office building was purchased through a joint venture between Onyx and Siguler Guff back in August 2014.
The building has the capacity to accommodate small- to medium-size businesses. The property features a renovated lobby, reception area, new elevator cabs, renovated fitness center, sleek common corridor finishes and conference facility upgrades. The refurbishment of the building included upgrades to the parking field, including the creation of an additional 50 parking stalls. Ownership also had a data-connectivity evaluation done in addition to the workplace upgrades. The building’s infrastructure has earned a Silver Wired Score, meaning that the building can accommodate the needs of heavy data users.
1311 Mamaroneck is located at the nexus of I-95 and the Hutchinson River Parkway, with existing shuttle service to Mamaroneck and White Plains Metro-North stations.
